Healthcare services are currently considered essential and therefore we still have appointments available for all our offered services. Your safety is our priority and we have done everything we can to ensure that appointments can be carried out as safely as possible in line with government guidelines.

Please be considerate when booking an appointment and do not put yourself or others at risk. If you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend. If you are in the vulnerable category, please do not put yourself at risk by attending an appointment unless necessary.

Please be aware we have the right to refuse any client whom is deemed at risk or a risk to our staff or themselves. We ask you to be patient with us during this extraordinary time. Please read the below safety procedures which have been put in place to help keep us all safe.

  • All appointments must be booked by phone, e-mail or text. No walk-ins.

  • A deposit to secure the appointment booking may be requested and payment can be made via BACs or cheque.

  • Please attend at the allotted time of your appointment. Not too early or late. If early, wait outside until you are called in to the building.

  • Appointments will be adequately spaced to allow the staff time to thoroughly disinfect the premises.

  • Payment can be made via BACs or the exact cash amount can be placed in to an envelope provided.

  • When entering or leaving the premises, please allow us to open the doors for you and refrain from touching anything where possible.

  • Once on the premises, we politely request you try and avoid touching any surfaces where possible.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available and we request that you use this on entering and leaving the premises.

  • Tissues will be provided on the premises should you feel the need to cough or sneeze.

  • Please attend wearing your own face mask.

  • As communication whilst wearing a face mask is difficult, speaking during the appointment will be kept to a minimum, unless it is related to the procedure.

We try to provide clear instructions at all times however if you are unsure of anything, please do not hesitate to ask. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

During these challenging times a lot of people will find it increasingly difficult to follow conversation owing to the use of masks in public places and this can be particularly noticeable in social situations. Click here for more information about why this is the case. If you are struggling, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
